Customers of our online stores have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without stating a reason or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the day of its delivery, i.e., from the day you came into possession of the item or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, came into possession of the item.
Kraft Sport store reserves the right that information about the positive/negative handling of the complaint will be considered within 14 days, however, the finalization of the complaint may be extended.

If a given product/article is specifically configured/modified for the customer or is a special order with a value greater than 8 thousand, or has been specifically sourced for the customer and may be difficult to resell later (and its value is greater than 5 thousand), then and only then, we do not accept returns.
We kindly ask you to attach to the returned/exchanged item:
• purchase document (receipt or VAT invoice)
• tags, instructions, and packaging
To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send a written statement before the deadline expires or send an informational email to info@kraftsport.pl with the note RETURN.
