Gift Cards

1. Add the selected number of cards to the cart (e.g., for an amount of 1000zł, add 2x 500zł card).
2. Pay using PayU (traditional payments will extend the matter to 4-7 business days).
3. Within 48h of payment, we generate a Card for self-printing or pick up a plastic Voucher at the stationary store.

RULES FOR USING THE GIFT CARD

1: Definitions:

• Issuer – Kraft Sport – Tomasz Kopeć, with headquarters in Wrocław at ul. Wyścigowa 46, 53-012 Wrocław, NIP 897-114-56-33.
• Sales Store – stationary store in Wrocław and online stores www.nartyok.pl, www.snowboardok.pl, www.roweryok.pl.
• Gift Card – a card entitling the User to its redemption in the Sales Store. Available denominations: 100, 200, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 PLN.
• Purchaser – a person who, in the Sales Store, makes a transfer of funds to the Issuer in the amount equal to the value of the voucher.
• User – each user of the Gift Card.
• Goods – items offered for sale in Sales Stores.

2. The Issuer undertakes to provide the Purchaser with a Gift Card, and then to accept it for redemption in Sales Stores.

3. The funds transferred by the Purchaser in accordance with point 2 of these Regulations pass entirely to the ownership of the Issuer and are not refundable.

4. The Gift Card is not exchangeable for cash. For the ordered Gift Card, we issue a payment confirmation, we do not generate an Invoice or Receipt.

5. The person entitled to receive a service on the basis of a Gift Card may only be a natural person.

6. Kraft Sport is not responsible for Gift Cards that have been lost or damaged after their issuance to the Purchaser.

7. The redemption of the Gift Card by the User will constitute a valid transaction even in the event that the User comes into possession of the Gift Card in an unauthorized manner.

8. In the event of loss, destruction, or theft of the Gift Card, the User is not entitled to any claims against the Issuer.

9. The User makes redemption of the Gift Card by presenting it to the Sales Stores staff or entering an appropriate message in the comment field during online orders.

10. The Purchaser is obliged to inform the User about the conditions of using the Gift Card.

11. All complaints related to Gift Cards will be considered by the Issuer within 30 days.

12. The User, by paying funds and receiving the Gift Card, declares that they have read these Regulations and undertakes to comply with them.
